Reaction

When you have that instant reaction (anger/fear/etc.) like when someone cuts you off on the road, just take notice.

No need to assign or categorize it. "I shouldn't be so angry --- what's wrong with me - what's wrong with that person - it's always some jerks fault." Just be aware of the feeling/reaction, it's not good or bad, it's just 'you' having an experience..

As you do this more and more, less and less you will have the reaction..
Take notice of what part of your body you feel when this reaction occurs, send it some love and release it.. Your cells will release the memory from the past..

Once you've sent yourself the "Goodness" and released the reaction, from then on you will be able to send them the "Goodness" when someone cuts you off on the road..
